Nita currently works with PE firms advising them on areas and businesses to invest in in the legal services, governance risk, and compliance and business services, and optimizing the performance of companies in their portfolio, and with funded businesses to guide them to grow their revenues.

She has expertise in setting the vision for several cross-functional global businesses and then defining and executing the long-term strategy to grow the business.

Nita has worked as a member of the C-suite of various start-ups, as the Head of Global Innovation to transform the Legal & Regulatory business of a legal information services provider, as a Director of Global Strategy and Innovation at a Big Four firm, and as a Partner at a boutique consulting firm focused on strategic consulting to the financial services industry.

Nita brings domain expertise in the application of various technologies to transform the business. Nita has written numerous articles on transforming businesses for growth.

Nita received her MBA from Columbia Business School and had lived and worked in multiple countries.
