I started my Intellectual Property (IP) career in the US, working for a firm in Alexandria, Virginia. As a registered trademark attorney since 1992, I became a partner in the Parisian IP law firm BDSA, later renamed Bredema, where I led the Trademarks and Designs department. In 2008, I opened the Trademarks division in France of an international law firm. In 2012 I founded my own Intellectual Property practice which developed into ALATIS. My primary focus is on trademark, patent-design, copyright registration and enforcement. My practice covers a wide range of industries such as cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, luxury goods and consumer products, hotel management, entertainment and insurance services, software and aeronautics with a focus on international matters. I also have extensive experience with domain name acquisitions, customs seizures and licensing or transactional agreements involving IP rights. I trained at the CEIPI (Center for International Intellectual Property Studies) in Strasbourg and hold a Master's degree in Corporate Law.
