I am senior lawyer with extensive experience in consultancy work, commercial and civil litigation.  My main focus is on Corporate and Commercial law. As part of my experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer I have advised international and local clients on all aspects pertaining to setting up a business and/or purchasing a business in Romania and any other commercial and corporate aspects a company in Romania must deal with daily. I have been involved in a number of company acquisitions representing the buyers starting with the Due Diligence process until the final purchase. I have also advised clients in the past in criminal defence matters, labour law, competition law, Gambling law, Real Estate and Immigration law.  As part of my experience as a litigator in civil matters I was lead counsel coordinating a team of lawyers assisting a number of international companies specialised in obtaining flight compensations according to Regulation (CE) 261/2004.  I have successfully settled a large number of claims against Romanian /foreign airlines and have also enforced a large number of claims against these airlines.    I am fluent in English and have a good understanding of French.
