David is currently an Associate in the International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice of Dorothy Ufot & Co, a leading full service law firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria where he regularly advises corporations in various sectors ranging from Construction, Energy and Oil and Gas, Aviation, Banking, Insurance, FMCG and Shipping and International Trade.David has extensive experience in the areas of International Commercial Arbitration, Investment Treaty Arbitration and Investor-State Arbitration. He is currently a Tribunal Secretary in an ongoing construction dispute with a value of over $ 4 Million USD.David has a certificate in International Development from the Institute for Development Research (IDR), a Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the University of Pennsylvania, Certificate in Leadership from the University of Illinois, and a Certification in Development Finance from the World Bank.
