Dirk Meißner specialises in advising German and international clients on construction projects in Germany. His activity focuses mainly on project development, project implementation, real estate transactions including building and exploiting real estate. Dirk Meißner has a major expertise in assisting inter alia building promoters, real estate funds and construction companies. He advises clients during the building construction process and takes care of the legal contract management of complex construction projects, particularily with simultaneous commercial and residential usage. Furthermore, Dirk Meißner assists and represents his clients in a wide spectrum of legal disputes before German civil courts, commercial courts and administrative courts.
Since 2006 Dirk Meißner has been a certified specialist in construction and architectural law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht). Since 2007, he has been certified as specialist in landlord-tenant law and condominium property law (Fachanwalt für Miet- und Wohnungseigentumsrecht). Dirk Meißner is a lecturer at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW Berlin).
