Guan Kai Sim is a Partner in AH2 Legal.He was admitted into the Supreme Court of Western Australia as well as the High Court of Australia after having graduated with double degrees in Bachelor of Laws and Commerce prior to attaining a Post-Graduate Certificate of Law from the Australian National University.
His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the law has enabled him to successfully represent clients in Courts for a wide range of matters including complex property and financial settlements, parenting disputes, child recovery and relocation matters, spousal and child support matters, de-facto relationships, divorces, domestic violence matters, commercial litigation, criminal defense matters and debt recovery.
Guan Kai’s strengths also stem from his multi-lingual abilities – being fluent in not only English, but also in Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, and other various local South East Asian dialects – in conjunction with his multi-cultural background, gives him the unique ability, insight, and experience to assist clients of various cultural backgrounds.
