Jeff is a partner in the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the firm’s Toronto office. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate transactions. He has significant advisory experience in the cannabis, transportation, mining, natural resource, real estate, and technology sectors. Prior to joining McMillan, Jeff worked as in-house legal counsel to a multinational transportation company. With his in-house background, Jeff takes a pragmatic approach to the practice of law. Prior to working in-house, Jeff practiced business law with another prominent national law firm.
