Bio

I joined Estudio O´Farrell’s Corporate and M&A Department in 2017 and was promoted to partner in 2019. My practice focuses on representing domestic and international clients in connection with a broad range of business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, corporate litigation, private equity transactions, public securities offerings, private placements of securities, technological start-ups, corporate governance and setting up companies. In addition, I have experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.  I graduated (LL.B.) from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2002, obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney in 2007 and a Master in Laws (LL.M.) with High Honors (GPA 3.91/4) from the University of Illinois in 2013. In the year 2000 I worked as a clerk in the National Civil Court No. 67 of Capital Federal. In the year 2002 I joined the law firm Bouzat, Rosenkrantz y Asociados. In the year 2004 I worked in Brons & Salas and in the year 2005 I moved on to Leverone & Mihura Estada, a boutique-style law where I became a partner in 2011. During the year 2008 I participated as an assistant professor in the course Civil and Commercial Contracts at the Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires) I have advised clients from the renewable energy sector and participated in the negotiation of supply agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, and engineering, procurement, and construction agreements in respect of renewable energy projects with a total amount of more than 500MW of installed capacity. I have also advised Argentine clients in the purchase of Pratt and Whitney power-generating mobile turbines. In 2019 I advised a Fortune 500 IT company in the purchase of three properties in the city of Bahia Blanca, Argentina, for the future development and construction of its web service business infrastructure in Argentina. I have also participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions, including the issuance of shares representing 25% of a company engaged in the power generation business, the sale of a company involved in the logistics and port business, the sale of a company operating in the health and wellbeing sector and the sale of a leading online hotel reservation platform in Latin America.  I have also advised an Argentine mining company in becoming listed on the Toronto TSX Venture Exchange. I am a member of the Buenos Aires Bar and fluent in English.
