Sebastian has considerable experience in negotiating and drafting brand licence agreements, franchise agreements and broadcasting contracts. Since 2002, Sebastian worked for international law firms, barristers’ chambers and in-house for Polish and international telecom and media companies in London and Warsaw. In the years 2011 – 2015, Sebastian was a Legal Director responsible for Central Europe at Discovery Networks In 2011, Sebastian was called to the bar by The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. In 2016, having moved back to Poland, Sebastian obtained professional qualifications at Warsaw Bar. Sebastian advises on matters related to both Polish law and the law of England and Wales. His command of English is near-native and he is happy to receive instructions from clients in either English or Polish. Sebastian is a professional mediator listed at International Mediation Centre.
