Thierry Burnens is an associate in the firm's IP/TMT department. He has a strong knowledge of intellectual property and information technology law, with an emphasis on matters in the digital economy and data privacy. His practice entails advice and litigation for national and international clients. Prior to joining BianchiSchwald, he worked for a major global consulting firm as well as for boutique law firms in Zurich and Zug. He holds a Master Degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/E).
